Soporte de pedidos: Totally hide the navigation and bars?

Descripción

Hello, I installed SiteKiosk demo for Android (Lollipop) and configured it to start an application that I wrote. Since it is a security-kiosk app, I want to deny user access to the status and navigation bars. However, the bars will appear if the user swipes vertically. Additionally, if a user presses a navigation soft button (Home, for example), then the display will go black (but the application will still be functioning--just not visible). How can I totally disable the bars, so that they can never appear?

thanks, Allan

Were you able to get around the issue where you could not click the OK box? Are you using "Android App" mode to lock down to a single app or "Multiple Applications"?

Yes, I was able to get around the "OK" button issue by rebooting the Android. I was able to install and use SiteKiosk (as indicated in my need for support for the status and nav bars).

I am using the Single App mode. However, the bars will appear if I swipe the bottom and top of the screen.

The issues you are seeing with the Android navigation buttons will be resolved in a new version that will be released in a few weeks.

Thanks, that's good news. Please let me know when it's ready.
